Sauv and Savings

You might not be heading to Napa Valley or the South of France any time soon, but you can dream, right?!

Join our Season Finale Event for an elevated wine tasting experience with Certified Sommelier, Neelam Dhaliwal from Wineology, as she guides the group through a virtual wine tasting experience. You’ll learn about wine-tasting etiquette, wine regions, and varietals, along with some food pairings. Following the wine tasting experience, we will crack open our spreadsheets and share budgeting tips to make that next trip to Napa Valley a reality! As this is the Season Finale, we highly recommend getting dressed up to end our Coterie series in style!

To participate in the virtual wine tasting, you will need 1 bottle each of the following wines*:

*Some Liquor Stores also carry half-sized wine bottles.

If you opt for a different brand than the recommended wines above, please ensure that the bottles you select are a Cabernet Sauvignon from California and a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.

It is recommended that you have a few food items on hand for the food pairing experience, which can include cheese, crackers, meat, fruits, or bread. If you would like to add an Individualized Charcuterie box to your experience, we have partnered with Graze Thyme!

If you have any questions about the wine selection or food pairings, feel free to email info@wineology.ca. You can inquire about the Individual Charcuterie Boxes by emailing grazethyme@gmail.com.
